Joining the EPA Breakfast Toastmasters is easy. After attending your first meeting, you will receive a Guest Kit, which includes information on Toastmasters and the EPA Breakfast Club. Also included is a membership application (

Membership cost vary, according to when you join, but will not be more than $47 for new members. The costs for joining are broken down as follows:
- $20 new member fee. This applies to all new members and covers application processing and your Communication and Leadership manuals.
- $27 Semi-annual dues. Toastmasters International dues are $27 every six (6) months and covers administration and your monthly
The Toastmaster magazine. These fees are prorated over the six months.
- $5 Club Dues. The EPA Breakfast Club charges members $5 every six months to cover the cost of operating the club, including recognitions, manuals, and periodic refreshments. This is waived for new members.
The membership dues are collected upon joining the club and semi-annually, in March and September.
